Glass decorations hand made in London by Lucy Wade. Lucy has designed and made her range of glass decorations using Flamework, a traditional glass blowing technique that dates back to the 17th century.
All the feathers are from free-range birds in the UK such as White Silkie, Guinea Fowl, Sebright and Pheasant. The birds live on farms with plenty of space to roam around. When they moult, usually at the end of the summer and a little bit at the end of spring, the feathers are gathered. As such the baubles are subject to availability. Combinations are carefully chosen to compliment each other, or a feather can be left to stand out and shine on its own.
Lucy studied Glass at the Royal College of Art and makes work for exhibitions, commissions and for sale on her online shop.
